Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy (Bookazines, Merchandise, Single Items)

If you are a UK or EU customer, you may cancel a purchase of merchandise at any time within 14 days of the date of purchase (“Cancellation Period”). Future cannot supply you with your order during the Cancellation Period unless you consent to Future doing so. Future will assume that you wish to receive your order as soon as possible and, if this is not the case, please let us know at the time of order. Please note that the right to cancel during the Cancellation Period does not apply to purchases of single issue magazines, periodicals or bookazines. Furthermore, please note we cannot accept cancellations for any digital items once downloading has commenced.

If you cancel, you will need to return the item to us. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us, unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty. If we do not receive the item back from you, we may arrange for collection of the item at your cost. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Damaged during delivery, defective, incorrectly advertised or not what I ordered

You can return your purchase to us within 30 days of receipt if it has been damaged during delivery, is defective, has been incorrectly advertised or isn't what you ordered.

We will issue a full refund or a replacement at no additional cost.

Refund policy

If you are entitled to a refund, and you have sent your item back to us; payment will be made back to the credit card or debit card you originally paid with within 10 working days of receipt of the returned item. We will send you an email to confirm that the refund has been processed.

If you are a UK or EU customer, you may cancel your subscription at any time within 14 days of the date of purchase (“Cancellation Period”). Future cannot supply you with your print magazine during the Cancellation Period unless you consent to Future doing so. Future will assume that you wish your subscription to start immediately and that you consent to Future providing you with your print product as soon as possible. If this is not the case, please let us know at the time of order. To cancel during the Cancellation Period write to: Future Publishing Ltd, 3 Queensbridge, The Lakes, Northampton NN4 7BF, United Kingdom. Or call us: ( UK) 0344 848 2852* / (International) +44 (0) 344 848 2852. UK calls will cost the same as other standard fixed line numbers (starting 01 or 02) and are included as part of any inclusive or free minutes allowances (if offered by your phone tariff) Please note; we do not currently accept cancellations via email.

Your subscription is for the minimum term specified and will expire at the end of the current term. Payment is non-refundable after the Cancellation Period unless exceptional circumstances apply (e.g. bereavement).  If you have received an issue prior to cancellation, Future may charge you for such issue. This does not affect your rights under the Direct Debit Guarantee (if applicable).

Did you know you can change your magazine at any time during your subscription?

If, for any reason, the magazine you subscribe to is not suitable for you, you can switch your subscription to any other magazine available on MyFavouriteMagazines. Refunds & Cancellation Policy for Memberships (Photo Club)

Please note the minimum term of any membership is 12 months. Except as set out below, cancellations are not permitted until the end of this minimum term and we will not issue you a refund. Should you wish to cancel after the minimum term, please write to us or call us.

Member/Member Plus/VIP Membership

If you are a UK or EU customer, you may cancel your subscription at any time within 14 days of the date of purchase (“Cancellation Period”). Future cannot supply you with your print magazine during the Cancellation Period unless you consent to Future doing so. Future will assume that you wish your subscription to start immediately and that you consent to Future providing you with your print product as soon as possible. If this is not the case, please let us know at the time of order. To the extent that you have downloaded any digital content available to members during the Cancellation Period, you will lose your right to cancel your membership.

Member Plus/VIP Membership:

You may cancel your purchase comprising digital content at any time within 14 days of the date of purchase (“Cancellation Period”). Future cannot supply you with your products during the Cancellation Period unless you consent to Future doing so. Future will assume that you wish your subscription to start immediately and that you consent to Future providing you with your print product as soon as possible. By downloading the digital content comprised within your purchase, you consent to Future providing you with your digital product. You acknowledge and accept that by commencing the downloaded of digital content you will lose your right to cancel your membership.
