Creating an account
You can either open an account during our checkout process or use the email address from a previous order with us to open an account here. This email address will need to be the one you used when you made your first purchase. An account enables you to take control of your magazine subscription/membership. You can:
- Find out when your next issue is published
- Check when your subscription/membership ends
- Change your contact details
- Submit a request to replace an issue that hasn't arrived or arrived damaged
- Change your subscription/membership to another magazine
- View Bookazine or Merchandise orders you have placed
You can create an account when you buy anything on MyFavouriteMagazines. Or if you have a magazine subscription/membership, but skipped the account set-up, then you can complete this simple form now ensuring you enter your subscription/membership number.
Renewing your subscription/membership
Whether you are taking out a subscription/membership for yourself or as a gift, we will send you a reminder before the end of your subscription/membership. For your convenience, you can renew your subscription/membership online here. Alternatively, you can complete and return the renewal form you receive in the post or call us on 0844 848 2852 (UK), +44 (0) 1604 251 045 (International).
Finding your subscription/membership number
Your subscription/membership number is the 10-digit number that can be found on your welcome email or letter at the beginning of your subscription/membership. You will receive a welcome email from us within 24 hours of buying from MyFavouriteMagazines.
Your subscriber number is also printed on the address label that comes with your magazine each month.

Changing your delivery address
You can login to Your Account, select 'Edit delivery address' and follow the instructions to change your delivery address online.

You can login to Your Account, and select 'Edit account details' then follow the instructions to amend your email address.

Switching to another magazine
If, for any reason, the magazine you subscribe to is unsuitable for you, then we’re happy for you to switch your subscription/membership to any other magazine available on MyFavouriteMagazines.
You can change your magazine at any time, and at no additional cost to you. Simply login to Your Account and select 'Change Magazine' next to the magazine subscription/membership you wish to change, and follow the instructions. An email confirmation will be sent to you to confirm the change.
Alternatively, call us on UK 0844 848 28 52 or International +44 (0) 1604 251 045. All we need from you is the name of your current magazine, the name of the magazine you want to switch to, and your contact details so that we can update your account. We will confirm receipt of your request by sending an email to you.
Please note: Due to different publication dates, you may have to wait 4-6 weeks before the start of your new magazine subscription/membership. The number of issues to which you will be entitled with your new subscription/membership may increase or decrease in comparison with your current subscription/membership, according to the difference in standard subscription/membership costs.
Requesting a replacement issue
