Coronavirus Update: Delivery to UK and Overseas
Last updated: 27.05.2020
As the situation surrounding the coronavirus outbreak continues to develop, we remain committed to delivering your magazine as quickly as we can. We’re collaborating closely with our supply and delivery partners to minimise disruptions and avoid delays as much as possible, and where delays do occur, we’re ensuring those affected can temporarily access a digital edition to read right away.
Following UK government advice, all our editorial and subscriptions teams are now working from home. We’ve also postponed many of our events and recommend consulting the relevant sites for information if you’ve purchased a ticket to attend any of our events in the coming months.
We know that a great magazine might be more important now than ever before, as we all do our bit to limit the spread of Covid-19 by staying indoors and observing social distancing measures. Future has enacted measures to safeguard the continued smooth running of its brands and we remain committed to delivering exceptional specialist content that connects people to their passions.
Now is a good time to create a My Favourite Magazines account. This will enable us to contact you with up-to-the-minute customer service and delivery information as well as instructions about how to access temporary digital issues and other bonus content. You’ll need a valid email address and your subscription number. Once created, you’ll be able to quickly find answers to queries such as...

Currently, there are no significant disruptions to deliveries within the UK. Some local delivery services may be under strain as a result of the outbreak, and so we ask for your patience if your magazine is a day or two late in arriving.
Subscribers in Europe
We are pleased to be able to start shipping subscription issues to Europe once again. For subscribers who live in Europe, this means that you will receive the next available issue print edition of your magazine as usual (please note some local postal delays may still be in effect in your area and may affect delivery times).
We will continue to hold on to any currently stored issues for now and send these out to you as soon as we can do so safely and securely. Rest assured, you will still receive all of the print issues you're expecting.

PC Gamer (US)
We anticipate no significant disruption to delivery for subscribers who live in the US. As with UK subscribers, some local delivery services may be experiencing strain as a result of the outbreak, and so we ask for your patience if small delays of one or two days occur.
US & Overseas subscribers
We’re currently faced with challenging shipping conditions for overseas shipping. As a result, we anticipate significant delays in delivering issues internationally (excl. Subscribers in Europe and those subscribed to magazines brands listed in the section above). As the situation progresses, we’ll continue to contact subscribers by email where changes to service are taking place.
