Your subscription will start with the next available issue unless we agree otherwise. You may cancel your subscription within 60 days of purchase (the “Initial Period") provided you give us written notice. If you want to cancel your subscription within the Initial Period you must write to us at Future Publishing Limited, 10 Waterside Way, Northampton, NN4 7XD supplying your name, address, subscription number (if possible) and the magazine name. If we receive your written notice within the Initial Period we will refund you for all unmailed issues of the magazine. We will only cancel subscriptions within the Initial Period.

We hope that all the magazines you receive during your subscription will be of good quality. If you receive a magazine in a damaged condition you should contact the Customer Services Team on 0844 848 2852 (+44 (0)1604 251045 for customers outside the UK) and request a new copy.  0844 calls will be charged at a maximum of 5p a minute from a BT landline. Calls from non-BT phone lines may vary. Calls may be recorded or monitored for training/customer services purposes.

If you pay by direct debit, nothing in this paragraph 3 shall affect your rights to cancel a direct debit under the terms of The Direct Debit Guarantee.

4. MERCHANDISE TERMS OF SERVICE The goods (“Merchandise”) which may be purchased by you through myfavouritemagazines.co.uk are subject to these Terms. You acknowledge that Future makes no warranty in respect of the Merchandise including (without limitation) any warranty as to quality, suitability and fitness for purpose of the Merchandise. You further acknowledge that Future shall have no obligation or liability to you in relation to your use or reliance on or otherwise in respect of the Merchandise. You may cancel your order for merchandise within 14 days of placing the order. This does not affect your statutory rights. When you use myfavouritemagazines.co.uk you must comply with all applicable UK laws and with any applicable international laws, including the local laws in your country of residence (together referred to as “Applicable Laws").

Unless otherwise expressly stated, nothing in the Terms shall create any rights or any other benefits whether pursuant to the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 or otherwise in favour of any person other than you, Future and its group of companies.

You may not assign, sub-license or otherwise transfer any of your rights under these Terms.
