If your issue has not arrived, please allow 7 days before requesting a replacement issue.

MyFavouriteMagazines uses the Royal Mail service to deliver any items you purchase from our store. There are occasionally factors beyond our control which may delay delivery, you can find the latest news from Royal Mail here.

If your copy has not arrived, then you can request a replacement. Login to Your Account, select 'Replace' next to the appropriate magazine subscription and follow the instructions. Or phone us on 0844 848 28 52 (UK) or +44 (0) 1604 251 045 (International).

I received a damaged issue

If your subscription copy has arrived damaged then you can request a replacement. This must be within 10 days of receipt of your magazine.
