How secure are my credit card details?
Rest assured all your details are safe with us. All transactions are performed on a secure web server.
All information you provide is encrypted (scrambled) using the industry standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology provided by Verisign. So when you submit an order online, nothing can be read as it travels down the secure line. Your details are then applied to our subscription system, which resides in a completely separate, unlinked area, away from our internet pages.

We’re committed to reducing the impact we have on the environment. Please help us by
recycling your magazine when you’ve finished with it.
Paper
We promise that no rainforests are cut down to make our magazines!
Instead, we use paper that comes from fully sustainable sources. The trees we use for our paper are planted, harvested and replanted, just like a crop of potatoes!
We also make sure we use paper suppliers who have been certified by the FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) wherever possible. Read more about their work here.
We’re proud to say that not only have we had our FSC certification since 2003 but we were one of the very first UK publishers to do so.
Packaging
100% oxy-biodegradable packaging!
Our magazines are wrapped in plastic to keep them in tip top condition. But it’s no ordinary plastic - it's 100% oxo-biodegradable which means it will gradually disintegrate in a landfill site, leaving no harmful residues.
No Pollutants
No more bleach!
In the bad old days paper was bleached with chlorine to make it white, which produced a harmful bi-product, dioxin. We’re happy to say that today our paper is made white using Totally Chlorine-Free Bleaching (TCF) methods.
