Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy (Bookazines, Merchandise, Single Items)
At MyFavouriteMagazines.co.uk we want you to be happy with every order. Occasionally though, you may want to return items. If you are a UK or EU customer, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of one or more items in your order within 7 working days, beginning with the day after you receive the item. At MyFavouriteMagazines.co.uk we have extended the period in which you can cancel up to 14 days.
You may cancel any purchase made from us at any time 14 working days after the date you receive the item unless that item:
- has been made to your specification or otherwise personalised;
- is an audio or video recording or computer software (eg DVDs, CDs, Blu-rays, video games and computer software) that you have unsealed;
- is a magazine, periodical or newspaper (please see below for our magazine subscription 60 day money back guarantee);
- by reason of its nature is unable to be returned (eg digital downloads).
We cannot accept cancellations for digital items once downloading has commenced. If you cancel, you will need to return the item to us. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us, unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty. If we do not receive the item back from you, we may arrange for collection of the item at your cost. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Damaged during delivery, defective, incorrectly advertised or not what I ordered
You can return your purchase to us if it has been damaged during delivery, is defective, has been incorrectly advertised or isn't what you ordered.
We will issue a full refund or a replacement at no additional cost.

If you are entitled to a refund, and you have sent your item back to us; payment will be made back to the credit card or debit card you originally paid with within 10 working days of receipt of the returned item. We will send you an email to confirm that the refund has been processed.
Money-back guarantee (Magazine Subscriptions)
If you ordered a magazine subscription and find the magazine is not for you then we are happy to refund any unmailed issues.
If you are dissatisfied in any way you can write to us or call us to cancel your subscription at any time and we will refund you for all unmailed issues. Please note; we do not currently accept cancellations via email.
Did you know you can change your magazine at any time during your subscription?
If, for any reason, the magazine you subscribe to is not suitable for you, you can switch your subscription to any other magazine available on MyFavouriteMagazines. Login to Your Account and complete the Change My Magazine form, or call us on Tel: 0844 848 28 52, International: +44 (0) 1604 251 045.
Cancelling a subscription
If you would like to cancel your subscription, please write to us or phone us at any time during your subscription, and we will refund you for all unmailed issues. To help us process your request more quickly, please supply your full name, address, subscription number (if possible) and magazine name.
